1. Service

FreightAware provides AI-assisted tools to help logistics professionals structure quotes, updates, and customer communication.

2. Access

Access is personal to the subscriber. Accounts may not be shared across users or companies.

3. Fees & Billing

Monthly Subscription (Volume Pricing)

Monthly subscriptions are billed per user with volume discounts:

• 1-5 users: €29.00 per user/month
• 6-10 users: €27.50 per user/month
• 11-20 users: €25.00 per user/month
• 21-50 users: €19.99 per user/month
• 51+ users: €15.99 per user/month

Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial (card required).

Yearly Subscription

• 1-5 users: €299 per user/year
• 6+ users: €225 per user/year
• First purchase includes 13 months of access
• Renewals are 12 months
• No trial — full access from day 1

Enterprise & Custom Pricing

For teams requiring more than 50 users or custom pricing arrangements, please contact us at support@freightaware.ai for tailored enterprise solutions.

All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal.

4. Refunds

Refunds are not provided once the service has been accessed and assistant output generated.

5. Privacy

We don't store uploaded customer content or shipment data beyond what's required for service functionality. Only minimal payment and account metadata are stored.

6. Liability

FreightAware offers operational guidance, not legal or financial advice. The user remains responsible for commercial and compliance decisions.
