Important: All outputs generated by FreightAware, including emails, quotes, shipping instructions, and operational recommendations, remain subject to user review and discretion. Users are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations, and appropriateness before acting on or sending any assistant-generated content. FreightAware does not assume liability for decisions made based on its outputs.

Access to FreightAware is personal and non-transferable. Each user requires an individual account. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account is prohibited. Company workspaces are created based on email domain, enabling colleagues from the same organization to join the same workspace automatically.
New workspaces receive 30 days of full access to evaluate FreightAware. No payment information is required during the trial. After 30 days, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Trial access cannot be extended or repeated for the same email domain.
€29 per workspace per month, providing core AI assistant functionality for small teams and individual users.
€99 per workspace per month. Includes all Lite features plus company-specific learning, custom SOPs, advanced analytics, and priority support. Pro workspaces benefit from AI that adapts to your company's communication style and operational patterns over time.

All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize FreightAware to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Due to the immediate access nature of the service, refunds are not provided once you have accessed the assistant and generated outputs. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
FreightAware processes user inputs (such as shipment descriptions, customer messages, and operational queries) to generate responses. Uploaded content and conversation history may be temporarily stored to provide service functionality. We do not sell or share your operational data with third parties.
For Pro subscribers, anonymized patterns from your workspace's queries may be used to improve company-specific learning features. Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all content you input into FreightAware. Outputs generated by the AI assistant are provided for your use in your business operations. FreightAware retains ownership of the underlying software, AI models, and service infrastructure.
FreightAware provides operational guidance and communication assistance. It does not provide legal, financial, customs, or compliance advice. Users remain solely responsible for all commercial decisions, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and customer relationships.
FreightAware is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements. In no event shall FreightAware be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FreightAware at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to pricing or features. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
