FreightAware is an AI-powered assistant tool designed to help logistics professionals draft operational communications, structure quotes, validate shipment details, and manage customer correspondence. The service provides guidance and recommendations based on freight forwarding best practices and industry standards.
Important: All outputs generated by FreightAware, including emails, quotes, shipping instructions, and operational recommendations, remain subject to user review and discretion. Users are solely responsible for verifying accuracy, compliance with applicable regulations, and appropriateness before acting on or sending any assistant-generated content. FreightAware does not assume liability for decisions made based on its outputs.
Users acknowledge that FreightAware is an operational assistant tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. You are responsible for:
Access to FreightAware is personal and non-transferable. Each user requires an individual account. Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account is prohibited. Colleagues join an existing company workspace only through an authorized invite; a shared email domain alone does not grant access to a workspace.
Creating an account requires explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and acknowledgement of our Privacy Policy. We record evidence of this acceptance, including when it occurred and which version of each document was accepted.
New workspaces receive 7 days of full access to evaluate FreightAware. No payment information is required during the trial. After 7 days, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Trial access cannot be extended or repeated for the same email domain.
€995 per workspace per month, or €10,149 billed annually (a 15% saving versus paying monthly). Includes up to 5 users and full access to the FreightAware platform. Starter is currently the only plan available for self-service checkout, with a 7-day full-access trial.
Growth and Scale are higher-capacity plans for larger teams, shown for reference on our pricing page. They are not yet available for self-service checkout — to subscribe, please contact us through our contact page.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval you selected — monthly or yearly — until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize FreightAware to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee on a recurring basis, at the monthly or yearly interval you selected. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Due to the immediate access nature of the service, refunds are not provided once you have accessed the assistant and generated outputs. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
FreightAware processes user inputs (such as shipment descriptions, customer messages, and operational queries) to generate responses. Conversation, shipment, and organizational-knowledge data is stored as necessary to provide conversation history, operational continuity, and the rest of the service's functionality. We do not sell or share your operational data with third parties. Detailed privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all content you input into FreightAware. Outputs generated by the AI assistant are provided for your use in your business operations. FreightAware retains ownership of the underlying software, AI models, and service infrastructure.
FreightAware provides operational guidance and communication assistance. It does not provide legal, financial, customs, or compliance advice. Users remain solely responsible for all commercial decisions, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and customer relationships.
FreightAware is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements. In no event shall FreightAware be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FreightAware at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to pricing or features. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You may not use FreightAware to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in ways that harm other users or our business operations. Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
